Having highly productive professionals that exhibit the behaviors of uncompromising standards of excellence, makes PCU a “Great” company with the “Right” people. Hiring against a “Gold” standard and providing employees with the tools to do the job, sets the tone for establishing clearly understood performance expectations, and opens the lines of communication for performance feedback and accountability, as well as performance recognition and advancement. Having capable people, engaged in the journey of moving the organization to ever greater levels of (IPE) innovation, quality workmanship, and technical service, as well as support, is the foundation for a client’s decision of doing business with who they know and trust.
To PCU, I would like to say the co-op program is great.
The continuously increasing assignment difficulty is perfect for gaining insights into real-world design challenges, and the co-workers are extremely helpful and insightful. The program provides a chance to see how engineering affects manufacturing and vice versa. The experience students obtain at PCU is truly invaluable and useful. Regardless of a person’s engineering specialty, PCU’s co-op program offers valuable experiences in different engineering fields like mechanical design, electrical engineering, project management, manufacturing, and business. This variety of experiences provides a unique opportunity to learn about the complicated role of engineering in today’s world.Previous Intern
